This Week at BCHMCPS

We have had a busy week so far at BCHMCPS and the rest of the week holds out even more fun!

Yesterday we began the two week Read-A-Thon. What a fun day we had to start off the week with so many students and staff dressed as their favorite book character! A BIG thank you to eading Specialist Kelly White and the PTO for organizing this event. PTO President Erla Beausang offers more  information below.

Our Read-A-Thon is off to a great start! As of this morning we have raised over $1200 and read almost  1200 minutes!

You must go onto the website: https://www.read-a-thon.com/school/BCHMCPS_25301 and register your student to be able to log their minutes spent reading. It’s important to register your student even if you are not raising funds.

Today (Tuesday) was Book Swap Day – every student is bringing home a new book!

Tomorrow is “hats off the reading” day. So bring on those hats!

Join us for Bingo for Books on Thursday @ 6pm in the cafeteria. ($5 per child and they all get a book)

Follow us on Facebook to see pictures an news from our Read-A-Thon adventures. Bchmcps PTO
