Welcome March

So happy to welcome the month of March! March is the  month with the most days in school.
With that in mind, I would like to remind parents/guardians of the importance of getting your child/ren to school every day barring an illness. Students' attendance is a critical component to success in school and we know that students need to be in school to continue to move ahead academically. Thank you for all your support.
It is said that "March comes in like a lion and goes out like a lamb". With two storms predicted in the next few days, it looks like March is living up to this. Let's just hope the lion part doesn't last long and the lamb part comes sooner rather than later!
Please see all the March calendar going home today for all the March happenings.

A BIG reminder that the PTO is holding a Bingo Night tonight, March 1, from 6:30-7:30  in the school cafeteria. Bingo will be $5.00 a person or $15 a family.  Come on down for a fun family night!

On Monday, March 4th BCHMCPS will celebrate Dr. Seuss's 115th birthday and Read Across America! Students may wear their pajamas and bring their favorite Dr. Seuss book to school to read during our whole school reading time in the hallways of BCHMCPS.
A big thank you to our local celebrities who will be stopping by BCHMCPS to read their favorite Dr. Seuss book to classrooms. Thank you!!
Reminder!  Students still have time to complete the BCHMCPS Reading Challenge.
